I think I saw Takeru before in a US show where humans and animals compete against each other in several feats of speed, strength, and even, yes, hotdog eating (forgot about the show's title). I watched Takeru compete against a bear in eating the most number of hotdogs in a few minutes. The bear won though. Ah, there will always be someone who will beat a record.
