Let's look at what we know from the reported statements: Words exchanged outside bar. Not serious enough to deter them from going inside. Man ends up on floor in bar. Nobody, not even his roomie who was there even saw a punch thrown or even who it could have been. Did anyone even see the falling down part? "Though the original call that night came in as a report of a subject who fell, Weatherly said there is nothing to indicate Descher’s injuries were the result of a mere accident. The police are having experts conduct a forensic investigation to provide more information. Descher was interviewed by a detective Wednesday, and other witnesses are being reinterviewed." Forensic investigation into an alleged punch? yeah. ok. Get off your soap box. Put the race card back down. The world has no need for the antics of one Al Sharpton, much less for someone trying to mimic him. Oh good grief. Let’s look at what we know from the reported statements:
