I wonder if they would try to use someone who knows Asian American psychology/sociology to show that this guy felt he had no way out. Personally, I think they should throw the book at him and keep him in jail for the rest of his life, but if they really wanted to go that route, I'm not sure what else could be done to show that he was insane...
