Heh, Bizarre Love Triangle, unofficial Asian American anthem for the late 90s?

I’ve heard that since the early 90s when I was in college, and even then that was for the East Coast/modern rock Asian Am teens. I remember first hearing about that in college and was like, WTF? Guess I was too much into early 90’s hip-hop to relate back then. I still think it’s more of a white song than an Asian song, myself.
