Other tough Asian women are MMA fighters Megumi Fujii and Hitomi Akano. Hitomi Akano is really gutsy, despite getting totally disrepected at the Strikeforce “Shamrock vs Diaz” event. She was moving up in weight to fight Cristina “Cyborg” Santos, and Santos didn’t make weight. Akano fought anyway, giving up some 30 pounds.
