Nothing new really, traffic cops think they're all that because of the uniform. It's appalling how she had him arrested when he really didn't do anything wrong. Though it did make the matter worse by covering the registration sticker. I probably would've done the same thing under the circumstances but Chapman took it too far after seeing the security camera footage. Yeah I read about this in the news.
