I do not agree with it per se, but any cartoon, even modern, uses basic rules for drawing any ethnic group; hence we have ''white'' people drawn in Japanese cartoons and ''black'' people drawn in English cartoons. So, there are set rules that cartoonists use but to declare there is one way to draw anyone is (maybe not racist; that seems a bit strong) very weird.
