asianfemalereporters Top 5 Hottest Asian Female News Anchors On YouTube

A variation of this piece was originally written for AsiansOnYouTube and has been reposted here with permission.

By AsiansOnYouTube

When creating this list of the Top 5 Hottest Asian Female News Anchors On YouTube, I do not mean to demean these obviously intelligent, hard working and successful women in journalism, but you have to acknowledge the fact that they are also highly attractive. Here’s some criteria I had to follow:

  1. Must be or have been an anchor, not just the roving reporter
  2. English speaking
  3. Must be hot.

This list will be updated constantly, so please let me know if I am missing anyone. On with the show:

#5 Janelle Wang

Janelle Wang hosted “The View from the Bay,” a morning news/talk show on SF Bay Area’s ABC 7.

#4 Veronica De La Cruz

Veronica is currently the news anchor on NBC’s Early Today Show. She’s half Filipino.

#3 Liz Cho

Liz is currently the anchor for New York’s ABC 7 nightly local news. Her father is Korean American and her mother is Jewish American.

#2 Christina Park

Christina is an anchor for New York’s Fox 5 news.

#1 Betty Nguyen

Betty is the news anchor for the CBS Morning News. She is half Vietnamese and half Scottish.

ABOUT ASIANSONYOUTUBE: I LOVE watching Asians on YouTube.

Thanks for rating this! Now tell the world how you feel via Twitter.

This list is credible since the list contains Christina Park. I remember seeing Park on CNN many, many years ago and was like, “wow.” Living in the Bay Area, I’ve seen Janelle Wang quite a few times on TV. I’d say she’s more cute than “hot.” Melissa Lee on CNBC is pretty attractive.

@johnklin Melissa Lee is one of those only a haoli/白人would think is hot… =)

Betty Nguyen, obvious #1. Been watching her since her CNN days. On the other hand, I wonder if there are enough Asian male anchors to even do a ‘top 5′ for them…

  • johnklin

@brazybear There are definitely more Asian American woman as TV news anchors at the local and national scene, but there are some:

    1. John Yang
