Traditional white East Bay suburbs like San Ramon, Dublin and Pleasanton have seen the Asian and Asian American populaces quadruple, while Bay Area cicties like Cupertino, Fremont and Saratoga are also seeing a massive influx of Asian households drawn by Silicon Valley jobs.
