San Francisco’s Chinese Historical Society of America Offers Free Admissions In December

I’ve visited the Chinese Historical Society of America museum once in San Francisco a year or so ago in Chinatown and was surprised that I had not visited it before in my 10+ years of living in the Bay Area before. I learned recently that general admissions to the museum ifs now free (courtesy of sponsor by PG&E) through December in honor of their 10th year anniversary at their current location:

The Chinese Historical Society of America Museum
965 Clay Street
San Francisco, CA 94108

Tuesday-Friday 12-5 pm
Saturdays 11 am – 4 pm
Closed Sunday, Monday, and Holidays

If you are at all interested in the history of Chinese in California and the United States, I highly suggest you check out the museum!

About John

I'm a Taiwanese-American and was born & raised in Western Massachusetts, went to college in upstate New York, worked in Connecticut, went to grad school in North Carolina and then moved out to the Bay Area in 1999 and have been living here ever since - love the weather and almost everything about the area (except the high cost of housing...)
