30 year old Kinman Chan was charged in a criminal complaint for interfering with the duties of a flight attendant on a flight Philadelphia to Los Angeles on Sunday. Why was he making odd gestures, screaming as the plane took off and attacking a flight attendent “with his pants down?” Because he took double his dosage of medical marijuana cookies.
