So recently, my wife tells me that there’s this cool new show premiering on Halloween called The Walking Dead. The show is based on a comic book series and has serious potential for those that crave a little bit of zombie apocalypse outside of the usual police dramas and reality television.
Having never read the series and seeing the second show for the first time, I was actually somewhat surprised that there was an Asian guy that was one of the main characters. Glen, played by Steven Yuen, actually seems to have a substantial role in the series even though I had really thought he might have been just a cameo appearance (again, never read the series so didn’t know what would happen to this guy).
If you’re really into science fiction somewhat in the Resident Evil type of genre, I definitely would recommend this series. It makes you love the zombie genre even outside of Halloween and its a fantastic piece of work.
