New Feature: Moodring Asks You How You Feel About A Post

So you want to give your feedback to a post on 8Asians, but let’s face it: writing a comment takes time, requiring to log a comments platform — sometimes, you just want to let it be known to the world how you feel about something anonymously, especially if you don’t really have that much to say about it. And forming written sentences can be difficult; have you seen Sarah Palin’s tweet stream?

For those of you that want it to be let known how you feel about a blog post without that whole annoying typing thing, we created MoodRing – a one-click module that will let everyone know how you feel about the content of a blog post in an anonymous manner. At the end of each blog post on 8Asians.com will be a list of emotions; simply click on one of them. Every so often, we’ll be letting you guys know about the posts that you guys are happy, sad, outraged or just plain intrigued about.

We’re still actively developing the module, so if you guys have any feedback, constructive criticism or bugs, let us know in the comments section!

About Ernie

I'm the creator of 8 Asians and one of the editors. While I'm a regular blogger to the site as well, think of my role as Barbara Walters on "The View," except without the weird white hair. During the day, I'm a Developer for a major Internet company and live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I've also been writing in my blog, littleyellowdifferent.com, for seven years.
