Olympic Gold Medalist Ryan Lochte’s Sister Is A Huge Racist

Have you met Megan Lochte yet? She’s the sister of Ryan Lochte, who’s been making headlines for winning all those medals in the 2012 Summer Olympics. She’s also totally comfortable with using racial slurs like “chink.”

In this video from 2008, Lochte appeared on a local late night talk show, Closing Time, to share her experience after spending a week in China. No, she didn’t remark on the architecture, the ancient culture, the delicious food or the nice people. Instead, she focused on how the entire country was “chinked out.” (What the fuck does that even mean?)

While the host, Mickey Cucchiella, tries to persuade her to use a different term, Lochte disagrees: “But, like, it fits them! They’re like chinks!” Also, the term comes from how all Chinese people love taking photographs, and the word “chink” comes from the sound of the camera snapping a picture. Right. What the fuck does that even mean?

My favorite part is the guest next to her chiming in with the question, “Did you eat cat or dog?” Really? That’s the best you can come up with?

It’s pretty obvious to me that Lochte’s shtick is to go the offensive route by playing dumb and using a derogatory term for the shock factor–except that she fails horribly, which you can see on Cucchiella’s cringing face. While he does try to steer the conversation away from the term “chink,” she only manages to look incredibly uneducated. And not funny.

By the way, what is up with so-called stand-up comedians and Asian bashing? First we see this guy dealing with a heckler with racist jokes, and then this douche gets punched for hounding a guy’s girlfriend with “me love you long time” lines.

This video of Megan Lochte is making the rounds online but the family has yet to comment. I can’t wait to hear their excuses!

Thanks for rating this! Now tell the world how you feel - Share this on Twitter and on Facebook.
(Nah, it's cool; just take me back.)

Ugh she says “excuse my language” for saying the F-word, but that’s nothing compared to her PURE RACISM (including those laughing in the audience). And I’m surprised she had the “decency” to say “Ni hao” instead of “ching chong”. Oh and nice comment from the guest too.
Where’s George when you need him?

  • Ryan Lochte’s Mom

I’m so proud to have given birth to this creature and another one who only does one-night stands and pees in the Olympic pool.

so, ryan lochte can barely string together a sentence, and his sister is a giant racist.

    wow, such a great family.

  • dementus666

She’s just looking for publicity for her dead in career.

So she is the pride of America?

Is there some kind of petition where people can voice their concerns about this?

What do you mean “what is up with … all the Asian bashing?” You know exactly what is up. When Asians don’t stand up to racists in public, everyone sees that. It’s not being noble, or taking the high-road. It’s letting someone slop filth all over you and walk away while you wear it like an idiot. Grow some balls. You look like a eunuch.

A lot of people say a bunch of stupid stuff. People called it out and she had to face that inquiry. In a way, no matter what her reasoning or excuses were, she’s already been painted as being racist.
